When you contact the office, we will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible.
If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
Your time is very important to us. And we want you to know that we respect it.
We try our very best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait. Due to the fact Dr. Arpei-McHugh provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Lateness
If you are running late for an appointment, please contact the office so that we can be prepared. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15minutes late.
Cancellations
We appreciate a courtesy 24hr notice for all cancellations. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. A $50 no show or late cancellation may be applied. Please inform us of your cancellation as soon as you can, and please inquire to the office regarding the late fee policy.
Repetitive broken appointments with less than 24hrs notice, may result in dismissal from the office. Including not paying late fee charges that are not waived.
